Get down to business fast with our move-in ready private offices. This membership level is great for individuals or teams of 2-6 who want privacy along with all the benefits of a coworking space. Our offices have the flexibility of month-to-month contracts, just like our other memberships.

With this membership, you get your own furnished, lockable private office to work at 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Along with all the amenities listed below, you get ultra fast wi-fi, access to all the common areas and unlimited coffee from Camellia Coffee Roasters, what else could you need?

Private Office Membership FAQ’s

What am I committing to?

Our private offices are all month to month. However, we do require a calendar months notice when you are ready to end a private office membership.

Can I use other areas of the space?

Yes! Our private office members have access to all the shared spaces so you can choose when you want to network with the dynamic Outlet community and when you want to work from your own private office.

Can I bring guests?

Any friend of yours is a friend of ours! Your guests are free to join you for a meeting in your office or one of our meeting rooms. If a friend or colleague wants to come work for a full day, all they’ll need is a day pass!

Is parking free?

Parking and it’s price varies by location. Our Roseville location offers free parking in the surface lot. The Midtown location offers several parking options (mostly paid). We have great tips on parking options, so just reach out and we can help!

Can I personalize my office?

We take pride in the fact that our members can make their private offices their own. Feel free to move around desks, remove desks if you want to (this wouldn’t change the cost of the office), bring in soft seating, throw in accents like rugs or lamps, or hang photos on the wall! We do not, however, allow private office walls to be painted. Happy customizing!

Can I move freely between locations?

Yes! Want to start the morning in Roseville and end the day in Midtown? If you plan to visit during business hours (8:30AM-5PM), then all you need to do is come on by! Our staff will be at the space to greet you and show you around. 

All meeting room credits, passes and discounts work at both of our locations.
