bel Reyes, Executive Director and Brit Irby, Associate Director -- Innovation Bridge
Innovation Bridge delivers high quality technical assistance aimed at bridging innovative practices and collaborative partnerships for more just and equitable communities and schools.
We are a team of professionals with over 20 years of combined experience in education, evaluation research, quality assessment, school-community partnerships, expanded learning, youth development, policy, family engagement, and other diverse areas.
We believe that true social change requires authentic collaboration. As such, we seek out opportunities to bring organizations together to help align focus and leverage assets to improve outcomes.
What are you passionate about?
Our work is driven by our passion for social justice and community. We value the contributions that culture, language, and identity have on education and community, and believe in the power and potential each young person holds as an agent of change.
Why did you join Outlet? Describe your experience here so far.
bel Reyes has history with the building in its previous role as one of Sacramento’s only gallery with twenty plus passionately diverse studio artists. In the transition from gallery to coworking space, it was without a doubt that Innovation Bridge wanted to make the Outlet its home. Carly, Travis, and Harrison have created a unique coworking space that cannot be found anywhere else in Sacramento with their leadership, dedication to its members, service in ensuring the Outlet is a place you love to work, and constant replenishing of coffee that one may argue is the lifeline of the Outlet.
