Virtual Office FAQ’s

What am I committing to?

Our memberships are all month to month. There is no notice requirement with our Drifter Membership so with each monthly payment, you are only committing to the time you have paid for.

How do I receive my mail?

You can pick up mail during business hours. Mail forwarding is available for an additional fee if you prefer not to come in person.

How will I know when I receive mail to my virtual office address?

Our location staff will send notifications for physical packages via e-mail. If you want to know if you have envelope mail, feel free to call and ask us to check your mailbox on your behalf, or simply show up to check your mail when you’re available!

Does my mailbox work at other Outlet Coworking locations?

It doesn’t. One Drifter Membership means one mailing address at one Outlet Coworking location. If you want an additional mailing address, you’ll need to pay an additional fee to add a second mailbox at a different address.

What will my mailing address be?

At our Midtown Sacramento location, the address is as follows –

At our Roseville location, the address is as follows –

At our Folsom location, the address is as follows –

Can I use the workspace, too?

Your Drifter Membership only lets you access the space to get mail (we don’t issue access cards for this level of membership, which is why you need to come during staffed hours!). If you ever want to utilize the coworking space, you can get a day pass for the member rate of $15/day! You also get a discount on meeting rooms.
