When we took over our space on the third floor at 1180 Iron Point Road, the goal wasn’t just to fill the space with desks and chairs. We wanted to build something that actually works for the way people work today.

For years we’ve watched people in Folsom commute to Sacramento or Roseville just to have a professional place to work. Our goal with the Folsom location was simple: create a workspace close to home that still feels polished, comfortable, and designed for getting real work done.

Here’s how we designed the space.

A Home Base: Private Offices and Dedicated Desks

Some people need a place they can truly call their own during the workday. That’s why a big part of our layout is dedicated to private offices and dedicated desks.

Everything is fully set up from day one—desk, chair, high-speed internet, and access to shared amenities. No waiting for an IT install or figuring out furniture.

You can walk in on Monday morning and get right to work.

Flexible Work: Coworking and Day Passes

Not everyone needs an office five days a week.

Some people just want a place to work when they need a break from the house or a quiet spot for a focused day. That’s where our coworking memberships and day passes come in.

We designed the shared areas to give people options: open work tables, lounge seating, and quiet corners where you can settle in for a few hours.

And of course, good coffee always helps.

A Professional Presence: Virtual Offices and Meeting Rooms

One thing we hear from a lot of local entrepreneurs is that they run their business from home—but they don’t necessarily want to use their home address for their business.

Our Drifter Membership (virtual office) solves that problem. It gives you a professional business address on Iron Point Road along with secure mail handling.

And when you need to meet a client or host a team meeting, our meeting rooms are ready to go. From smaller rooms like Oak to our larger Canyon Training Room, the goal is to give people a great place to connect with clients, teammates, or collaborators.

Why We Chose Folsom

When we started looking for our third location, Folsom quickly moved to the top of the list.

Over the past several years, the city has grown into one of the strongest business communities in the Sacramento region. It’s home to a large number of professionals who work remotely or run their own businesses, but until recently many of them had to commute to Sacramento or Roseville to find flexible office space.

Our space at 1180 Iron Point Road turned out to be the perfect fit. The building offers easy freeway access, plenty of parking, and a setting that works well for teams meeting clients as well as individuals who just want a focused place to work.

We’re excited to now offer a place where Folsom residents can work closer to home without relying on coffee shops or long commutes.
