Set on the third floor of 1180 Iron Point Road, this 15,818 sq. ft. space will bring a modern, hospitality-driven workspace to one of the region’s most active business corridors. Folsom has long been known for its strong corporate presence, tech talent, and quality of life. It’s a city full of momentum—and we’re thrilled to become part of it.
