Resident Plus is everything you know and love about the Resident Membership, but with the ability to access vacant private offices on a first-come, first-serve basis. Rather than paying for a private office or exclusively working from home, Resident Plus members simply pay $100 extra each month, which gives them access to a furnished private office when they feel like they need it.

Our Resident Membership has always been a fan favorite. But no matter how free range our Resident members may be, we all could use a private office every now and then, whether for deeper focus, extra privacy or creative brainstorming. Whether you’re already a Resident member looking to upgrade, or you’re someone looking for a stepping stone between a coworking and office membership, Resident Plus just might be the solution you’ve been needing.

Resident Plus Membership FAQ’s

What am I committing to?

Our memberships are all month to month. There is no notice requirement with our coworking memberships so with each monthly payment, you are only committing to the time you have paid for.

Does my office access work at other Outlet Coworking locations?

Resident Plus private office access is currently available at our Folsom location only. Members still enjoy access to coworking space at our Midtown and Roseville locations during business hours, and meeting room hours can be used at either location.

Can I bring guests?

Guests are welcome to join you for meetings in one of our meeting rooms. If a colleague would like to work from the space for the day, a day pass is required.

Am I guaranteed access to a private office whenever I want it?

Private office access is based on availability. While we have significant office inventory in Folsom, offices are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis during business hours. As our office availability changes over time, access may become limited.

Do I need to clean the office before I leave?

No deep cleaning required — just a quick reset. Please remove any personal belongings, dishes, or coffee mugs and leave the office as you found it. A $25 cleaning fee may be applied if the space is left untidy.

We simply ask that you use the space thoughtfully, as it’s shared and available to other members throughout the week.

Can I reserve an office ahead of time?

Private offices are available on a same-day basis and offered on a first-come, first-serve basis during business hours. Just check in with our team when you arrive to see what’s available.
